Great News!

We are happy to announce that this summer Holy Family Cathedral will be hosting Totus Tuus July 24-29. Totus Tuus, which means “Totally Yours” and was Pope St. John Paul II’s papal motto, is a summer catechesis program similar to vacation bible school, but more substantial and solidly Catholic! This year’s curriculum, which is taught by a team of energetic Catholic young adults, focuses on the theme of Knowing God.

Give me the details.

We offer this event to the children and youth of our parish and school who will be entering the 1st grade (in the 2016-2017 school year) through graduating high school Seniors. The program consists of a daytime session from 9:00am-3:00pm for our 1st thru 8th graders (Mon. -Fri.), and an evening session for all high schoolers from 7:30-9:45pm (Sun. -Thurs.).

Those students who attend the daytime session are asked to bring a sack lunch, but the parish will provide drinks and snacks. On Friday, July 3rd, there will be a water day in the afternoon to conclude the week. The high schoolers conclude with an evening social event on Thursday night.

Cost is $10 per child, but there is a maximum of $25 per family.

The Totus Tuus enrollment form and Totus Tuus youth consent should be filled out for each participant, and both forms should be submitted to the Holy Family Cathedral office, PO Box 3204, Tulsa, OK 74101. Because of the limitations of our facilities, we can only accept the first 90 registrants for the daytime session for incoming 1st thru 8th graders.

Please plan to attend Totus Tuus this summer for a week of fun, catechesis, prayer, sacraments, and vocational discernment.

Any questions or concerns may be directed to Monika Davis or Fr. John Grant at TulsaCathedral@gmail.com or 918-582-6247.
