The Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma is once again offering 24 Hours for the Lord. The Cathedral will be open Friday March 24 starting at 5 p.m. through Saturday March 25 at 5 p.m. Pope Francis asked every Bishop in 2016 in the world to conduct 24 Hours for the Lord as a visible sign of God’s forgiveness. Pope Francis repeated this request for a day of confessions this year.
There will be priests on hand round the clock to hear confessions at the Cathedral so that every Catholic in the city may have his confession heard before Easter. We will begin our 24 Hours for the Lord with mass at 5:05 pm on Friday and end with mass at 5 pm on Friday.
The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed and Adoration will take place throughout the 24 Hours for the Lord.
