Wednesdays at the Cathedral for April 11th

Dorothy Day

Join us as Charles Beard of the Tulsa-based Stanley Rother Catholic Worker organization gives a presentation on Dorothy Day as the founder of the Catholic Worker Movement, why she took the Christian’s obligation to the poor so seriously, and how her example is followed here in Tulsa.

The Stanley Rother Catholic Worker organization has recently acquired a hospitality house to assist those transitioning from homeless to independent living. The Kraston House, as it is called, is in need of goods and services in order to be ready to house it’s first guests. Please consider how you can be of help and answer Christ’s directive to provide food and shelter to those in need. Donations will be accepted on April 11 in the Auditorium. Email or call the church office ext. 105 if you are able to offer services or provide household goods on the wish list.
